Postpartum & Motherhood Support

Caring for yourself while caring for others.

You love your baby—but this is harder than you expected. Whether you're deep in the postpartum fog or years into motherhood, your feelings matter, and support is here.

Motherhood is beautiful—but it’s also complex.

  • When Motherhood Feels Like Too Much

Maybe you’re crying more than you expected—or not feeling much at all. You might be anxious all the time, overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, or grieving the life you had before. You may feel guilty for struggling, even though you love your child deeply. Whether you’re newly postpartum or several years into parenting, the emotional load can feel heavier than anyone prepared you for. You are not alone—and you are not failing.

  • A Space to Be Seen, Heard, and Supported

In therapy, we’ll work together to make sense of what you’re feeling and gently build tools to help you cope. I use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic work to support emotional wellness in motherhood. Whether you’re healing from birth trauma, struggling with postpartum depression or anxiety, or navigating identity shifts and relationship strain, this is a space where all of you is welcome. You can care for your child and care for yourself.

Simple Ways to Care for Yourself as You Care for Baby

Take things one day at a time, and don’t expect yourself to do it all. Rest when you can, eat nourishing meals, and know that small acts of self-care really do matter. It’s okay to ask for help—or to accept it without guilt. You’re learning a new version of yourself, and that takes time, grace, and support. Most of all, remember: you don’t have to feel okay all the time to be a good mom.
